Swine Flu Resources - England

The National Pandemic Flu Service includes a dedicated website and dedicated telephone advice lines (0800 1 513 513) , which helps inform people whether they need medication and what precautions they need to take to prevent the spread of the disease. This is helping to free primary care health professionals deal with other illnesses that need their urgent attention. Those with telephone diagnosed swine fluare provided with authorisationfor a ‘flu friend’ to pick up antivirals from a local antiviral collection point.
