Promoting and disseminating research is one of the charity's key objectives and it works to meet this objective in a number of ways:

- The annual national primary care conference of the Primary Care Respiratory Society UK is the showcase for the presentation, discussion and dissemination of primary care based respiratory research within the UK and beyond.
