Deirdre Siddaway

Deirdre is a Respiratory Nurse Specialist at The Ixworth Surgery, Suffolk. She is passionate about providing evidence-based care for people with respiratory conditions and their families and is a non-medical prescriber. She is experienced in providing respiratory training for healthcare professionals in Suffolk and around the country; working for individual practices, charities and pharmaceutical companies. She is a committee member with the Suffolk Respiratory Group (who are affiliated to PCRS), committed to providing respiratory training to raise the quality of care for people living with respiratory conditions. In 2015 Deirdre was involved in an exciting project working with Primary and Secondary Care to improve the care people with respiratory disease received. This project would not have been possible without all the support and learning from attending the Respiratory Clinical Leadership Programme.
