Claire trained as an adult general nurse at St Bartholomew's School of Nursing in 1996, following completion of a BSC in Psychology in 1995. Claire started her career at The Middlesex Hospital (part of UCLH), working on medical followed by surgical wards. In 2000 Claire identified her passion and specialty to be General Intensive Care and spent a very happy 10 years at St Georges ICU Tooting, where she rotated to neuro/cardiac and paediatric ICUs whilst becoming an ALS instructor and sister on the unit. 2010 a move to Suffolk and Respiratory. In 2014 she joined BOC working within a HOSAR and PR service, she then also began covering the respiratory advisor role regionally.2017 Regional Lead. 2019 Clinical Lead of Clinical Services and HOS regions. Claire considers one of her main successes to be the use of myAIRVO in the community, supporting 50 patients at home.
