Health Improvement Officer/PhD Researcher

Ellie currently works as a Health Improvement Officer within North Yorkshire County Council's Public Health team, where she has a remit for research, cardiovascular disease, primary care, and the NHS health check programme, as well as contributing to the COVID-19 response predominantly in adult social care. Prior to this she was studying for a PhD in Psychology at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital NHS FT (funded by Edge Hill University), where she developed a behaviour change CPD package for healthcare professionals working in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation within Knowsley.
