Pam Hancock

photo of Pam HancockPamela Hancock, MCSP, BSC Physiotherapy, BSC Applied Biology, in 2022 she joined Provide CIC as the Long COVID Rehabilitation, BPD and Co-production Specialist in 2022. Helping transform the service through co-production. In 2024 the service won the Medipex innovations awards in the category for improved treatments, therapies and rehabilitation. In 2024, she also took on the role of ICS AHP Faculty Manager, Mid and South Essex ICB.

Prior to that, from 2005 to 2022, Pamela was the Respiratory Lead for Hope Specialist Falls and Respiratory Service in North East Lincolnshire. Working with Patients, carers and other stakeholders in the community. Creating a service with co-production at its heart.

The service won several national awards, including BTS “Innovation in Patient Involvement”, CSP “Rethinking the patient care pathway for long-term conditions”, NICE Shared Learning award, HSJ “Primary Care and Community Service Redesign” and Advancing Healthcare “Rethinking the Patient Care Pathway”.
