Please review our booking terms and conditions prior to registering for this meeting.
This is the 9th IPCRG Scientific Meeting and is being hosted and organised by PCRS, together with the IPCRG. We are grateful to our sponsors and exhibitors who have contributed funding towards the event in return for exhibition space, and/or other marketing opportunities. Neither sponsors nor exhibitors have had any input into the conference programme. View the full list of sponsors and exhibitors.
- Delegate places at the conference are limited and offered on a first-come, first serve basis. Places cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received.
- Cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellation received up to and including 19th March 2027: full refund less a £50 for administration fee
- Cancellation received after 19th March 2027 onwards: No refund applies
- All refunds will be processed within two (2) weeks after the end of the Meeting. Bank charges will be deducted.
- Alterations / Name changes
- Until March 19th, 2027: name changes can be made with no additional charge.
- Between 20th March and 31st March 2027: name changes will be charged with £20 administrative fee.
- After 1st April 2027: name changes will be charged with £50 administrative fee
- IPCRG and PCRS reserve the right to alter the programme without prior notice.
- In the event that the conference is cancelled or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of PCRS, the registration fees will be refunded in full. The total liability of IPCRG and PCRS shall be limited to that refund only and it shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense howsoever arising.
- Delegates are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance cover.
- IPCRG and PCRS are not responsible for arranging travel, visas, electronic travel authorisations (ETAs), or any other entry requirements. It is the sole responsibility of each delegate to determine and obtain any visa, ETA, passport, or other documentation required for travel to and entry into the United Kingdom. Delegates are strongly advised to check the latest UK immigration and entry requirements before making travel arrangements. Failure to obtain the necessary documentation will not entitle the delegate to a refund or compensation from IPCRG or PCRS.
- If the conference has to be translated to a digital format due to government regulations/guidance, delegate fees will not be refunded but delegate registrations will be transferred to this new digital event. If a digital format is required we will endeavour to keep the event on the same dates.
