This webinar is part of the PCRS Maintenance and Reliever Therapy (MART) in asthma campaign which seeks to support understanding and implementation of Maintenance and Reliever Therapy MART) in asthma, and, with that, best practice asthma care.
The webinar will be held on Wednesday 9th October 2024 at 19:00 for 45 minutes. Chaired by Katherine Hickman (our PCRS Executive Chair), she and guest speaker, Noreen Grant, will focus on:
- What MART is and the benefits of a MART regime
- Guidance on how to initiate a MART discussion with your patients, as well as starting them on MART
- Personalised asthma action plans
- Safety and monitoring
This event also accompanies the launch of two MART resources, a MART asthma action plan and top tips article, both of which will launch on 9th October 2024 . Please keep an eye out for further information on these via the normal PCRS communication channels.
