Abstract Poster Display Information
Poster Display and Specifications
Poster boards can be found in the gallery of the venue. This year, poster walk abouts will be held on Friday 19th September 1635 -1720. Please ensure you are beside your poster during this time.
- All posters should be sized at maximum A0 portrait.
- The maximum available area for your poster size is 85cm wide x 175cm high.
- Velcro to attach your poster to the poster boards will be available at the conference (please do not use drawing pins).
Virtual Display and Publication
Along with this physical poster, you are also welcome to submit a virtual poster (PDF format) for display to maximise opportunities for you to share your work and experience. Authors typically simply send us a PDF of the poster they have printed for upload to the conference virtual poster hall.
The deadline to submit your virtual poster is 8th September to enable to poster judges to have the opportunity to review prior to conference. Please ensure you have your Abstract ID to hand for your submission.

Abstracts will also be listed on our website and those which have not been published elsewhere will be published in the PCRS membership publication Primary Care Respiratory Update.
Poster Awards
This year, there will be three poster awards judged prior to conference from virtual poster submissions.:
- The ‘best original research poster' (judged on impact and clarity of poster).
- The best poster in the ‘best practice / service development’ category (judged on impact and clarity of poster).
- The most patient-centred poster as judged by the PCRS patient reference group.
