Respiratory Leadership Programme Workshop: Keeping your plans on track

Our Respiratory Leadership Programme has evolved into a dynamic three-year rolling programme designed so you can join at any point and participate in the sessions most relevant to your professional development.

Whether you’re joining for the first time or returning to update your skills, the programme offers new content, new themes, and new opportunities to deepen your leadership impact. Previous attendees will find updated approaches, refreshed tools, and a chance to reconnect with peers while building on what they learned before.

Follow up workshop: Building the case for change

This two-day workshop will focus on building the case for change, exploring why projects fail, what you need to succeed, keeping on track, and engaging the right people. Our expert facilitator and contributors will guide you through the current policy landscape in primary care and explore the opportunities and challenges posed by AI. There will also be plenty of opportunities to practise using tools, skills and knowledge to apply to your own practice.

A £50 deposit is required to secure your place, which will be refunded upon attendance at the November workshop.  Delegates will need to book their own accommodation for the meeting but special rates have been negotiated at the Conference Centre (subject to availability).  Further details will be provided on registration.
