Sarah Elkin
Sarah Elkin is a Consultant Integrated Respiratory Physician at Imperial College Healthcare Trust, where she is lead for COPD and the Virtual ward program. She is also Joint Clinical Director for Respiratory within NHSE London region and she has been clinical lead for the national NHSE Lung @ Home program where she led on the Winter ready OPTIMISE work. She sits on the executive of the Primary Care Respiratory Society. Her clinical and research interests are in COPD, integrated care and new models of care.
