Meet the Patient Reference Group

It can be a frightening experience for any parent whose child experiences an asthma attack. Through my work with the PCRS, I would like to ensure that any parent is able to access the necessary education and expert guidance to fully support their child. - Graham Ryott, PRG Member

Having had asthma myself for many years and with two of my children who also have asthma, I felt the need to make a difference which is why I became a PRG member with PCRS. It feels great to be able to share lived experiences, ideas and support a common goal we all share, which is for patients to have a voice and a choice in their care. PCRS allows patients to work closely with HCPs, ensuring patient voice is at the centre of developing respiratory care. - Shakeela Riaz, PRG Member
