Tak Matsuda

Tak is an experienced solicitor. He is currently a director of Crest Legal which provides legal advice to startups and other entrepreneurial businesses. He has recently been appointed as Of Counsel and Special Advisor to Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu which is one of Japan's leading law firms.

His legal career spans being a partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, a senior associate at Allen & Overy, and an associate and a trainee at Slaughter and May. Tak was a junior doctor before his legal career having originally studied medicine.

He brings to the position of trustee, extensive experience in project management, corporate governance and professional education and development.
