She specialises in long term conditions and is passionate about improving outcomes in respiratory care. She is project manager for the COMET respiratory service on the Wirral providing diagnosis and care of patients with COPD following targeted lung health screening. Rae is a national speaker and advocate for management of long term conditions and sits on her regional steering groups for both Asthma and COPD.
