Christine Wilson

Christine has had asthma since the age of 35. She developed COPD around 9 years ago.
Christine joined a singing group for people with lung conditions 11 years ago and the results have been amazing. She encourages anyone with any lung condition to give singing a go to improve lung health. It also helps with the 'down' days of COPD.
Christine suffered a spontaneous pneumothorax in May 23 and was in an induced coma for 4 days. She believes that because of the regular work out her lungs get weekly, this helped her recover really quickly.
