Funding: Funded following an application and bid process through West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board, Year 2 Digital Accelerator Fund: Healthier Together
The project was awarded £45,000 as part of a bidding process from the Year 2 Digital Accelerator Fund: Healthier Together. This money was used to fund the secondment costs of a Paediatric asthma nurse through our secondary care provider, provide access to training and fund some of the equipment required- a spirometer and FeNO consumables.
Support from colleagues in Primary Care, and the Health Care Public Health Team at Wakefield Council was not funded.
The FeNO machine was loaned through the YHAHSN as part of a project funded by NIOX.

Approximately £14,000 of the original funding was withdrawn by WYICB as part of a year-end Service Development and Programme Funding pause.
