Rachel Williams
Rachel is a Consultant Respiratory Physiotherapist for Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and respiratory clinical lead for Cornwall and the Isle of Scilly Integrated Care Board. Rachel qualified in 1991 from Cardiff University and has specialised in respiratory since 1993 working in Devon, North Wales, Liverpool and now back in Cornwall.
Rachel is leading the community respiratory service redesign in Cornwall. She has a special interest in providing high quality pulmonary rehabilitation in rural communities, health and digital inequalities, service co-design and population health management. Rachel is the Cornwall PI for PROPEL research study investigating a hybrid model of pulmonary rehab and clinical lead for NHSE Rising Risk COPD Winter project 24/25
