Shahz Ahmed
Mr Shahz Ahmed BSc(Hons) DLO MBChB FRCS (ORL-HNS) PhD;
Mr Shahz Ahmed practices as a Consultant Rhinologist and Skull Base Surgeon at University Hospitals Birmingham, UK. He specialises in all aspects of Rhinology including functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty. He performs frontal sinus surgery, expanded endonasal skull base surgery and has an independent pituitary surgery practice. He has set up specialised clinics in Allergy (in which he has patients having nasal aspirin desensitisation), vasculitis and for patients with Hereditary Haemorrhagic Telangiectasia. His research interests include image-guided sinus surgery, cone beam CT sinus imaging and pituitary surgery outcomes.
