Katherine qualified from Leeds University in 2000. She originally did a Medicine Rotation acquiring her MRCP before settling into General Practice. She is a GP Partner in Bradford. Katherine is the Respiratory Lead for West Yorkshire ICB, Primary Care Clinical Lead for the National Respiratory Audit Programme (NRAP). Katherine is the past Executive Chair of PCRS. Outside of work she enjoys cooking, baking, yoga, and outdoor swimming and has recently rediscovered her love for singing and joined a choir.

Deborah qualified as a pharmacist in 2000 with a first-class degree. She has had a varied career starting in community pharmacy, moving on to regional and national training roles and then into primary care in 2009 as a clinical pharmacist for NHS Sheffield.
In 2016 Deborah qualified as a pharmacist independent prescriber and was appointed respiratory lead pharmacist for Sheffield CCG and now for South Yorkshire ICB (Sheffield) Deborah has led on many pieces of respiratory work including guideline and formulary development. She has also developed many initiatives for inhaler optimisation for the city as well as educational sessions. Deborah is also currently Co-Clinical Lead for Children and Young Peoples Asthma for South Yorkshire, Clinical Lead for SABA reduction in South Yorkshire, Chair of the South Yorkshire Sustainable Respiratory Group and a committee member for the South Yorkshire Respiratory Interest Group.
Deborah is Vice Chair of the PCRS Service Development Committee, a member of the Policy Forum and is a core member of the Asthma Right Care team. She has contributed to various PCRS documents including Asthma Guidelines in Practice – A PCRS consensus. She has a passion for respiratory care and is focussed at putting the patient at the centre of care.

Viv Marsh

Viv has been a registered nurse for over 30 years and has worked in acute paediatrics, school nursing, specialist nursing, clinical education and research.
Viv's primary professional interest is the improvement in quality of life and outcomes for children and young people with asthma and she is proud to have collaborated with NHSE in the development of the CYP asthma capability framework. Viv is the Clinical Lead for CYP Asthma Transformation in the Black Country and in her other role as the facilitation coordinator for the IMP²ART Trial Viv works with the research team and GP practices to deliver a strategy to improve supported self-management of asthma.

Viv have a number of additional professional interests including writing for publication, leadership activity, teaching and developing online asthma courses.
