Please review our booking terms and conditions prior to registering for conference.

Delegate places at the conference are limited and offered on a first-come, first served basis. Places cannot be guaranteed until payment has been received
Cancellation charges will apply
- 25% on cancellation between 8 to 4 weeks before the event
- 50% if cancelled within four weeks of the event but no more than 5 days before the event
- 100% if cancelled within 5 days of the event
PCRS reserves the right to alter the programme without prior notice
In the event that the conference is cancelled or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of PCRS, the registration fees will be refunded in full. The total liability of PCRS shall be limited to that refund only and it shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense howsoever arising
Delegates are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance cover
To be eligible for the member's conference rates, you must be a PCRS member at the time of registration, and at the time of attending conference

The conference has been instigated and organised by PCRS. We are grateful to sponsors and exhibitors who have contributed funding towards this event in return for exhibition space. Neither sponsors or exhibitors have had any input into the agenda or the selection of speakers with the exception of any sponsored satellite symposia which are clearly indicated. The conference social programme - dinner, drinks and disco - is not covered by sponsorship or exhibition fees.
