Badges and lanyard
Due to regulatory requirements and compliance with the ABPI Code of Practice, PCRS can only permit practising healthcare professionals and other relevant decision-makers to visit pharmaceutical company exhibition stands.
To support compliance, all delegates will be issued with a colour-coded lanyard. This enables the Event Team and exhibitors to easily identify who is eligible to access pharmaceutical company stands.
If you believe you have been issued the wrong lanyard, please speak to a member of the Event Team, who will be happy to review your eligibility and advise whether a change can be made.
Delegates who are not healthcare professionals or relevant decision-makers will be issued with a yellow lanyard. Yellow lanyard holders are not permitted to visit pharmaceutical company exhibition stands or enter the exhibition hall. Please speak to a member of the Event Team to learn about the alternative arrangements available to you.

Team Solo
To help those attending this year's conference alone to feel more at ease, we are hosting a special 'Team Solo' meet-up. This informal gathering will take place on Friday 25th September, 08:30 - 09:00 at the PCRS Exhibition Stand. You'll have the opportunity to meet the PCRS Chair, Darush Attar-Zadeh and other PCRS committee members, who are excited to welcome you personally and connect with fellow solo attendees in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Look out for 'Team Solo' zones - we will have a designated 'team solo' seating area in the main conference plenary room specifically for solo attendees - making it easier to strike up conversations.
Annual General Meeting
The PCRS AGM will take place at 14:00-14:30 hours on Friday in the Atcham Suite.
