Robert Daw

photo of Robert DawRob has worked with respiratory patients for 20 years; in secondary, community and primary care. His current role as Respiratory ACP for a large PCN in Bradford, where he works with patients with complex respiratory disease. Working within a large primary care group, allows him to influence the care delivered to respiratory patients by other HCP's. In the past he’s organised COPD Public Awareness Days, developed and helped set up a Hospice led Day Care programme for patients with severe COPD and chaired a COPD MDT group managing care across primary and secondary care. He has a passion for education and has recently started working for the Primary Care Training Centre on their respiratory programme. His passion for respiratory care is due to its holistic nature, particularly considering the impact of mental health on people living with respiratory conditions.
