Daniel O'Toole
Dr Daniel O’Toole works as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist for South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and is the Head of Adult Clinical Health Psychology at King’s College Hospital, London. He has worked with patients experiencing a broad range of complex mental health difficulties, has a passion for working psychologically with patients living with chronic physical illness and in particular, for those diagnosed with lung conditions. His former role at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust was within the Integrated Respiratory Service based at Charing Cross Hospital, where he worked predominantly with patients diagnosed with COPD, Asthma and Pulmonary Fibrosis. He is an associate clinical tutor at University College London and a visiting lecturer at a number of universities in the UK; contributing to the teaching syllabus of both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in psychology, psychotherapy and medicine.
