Jignesh Indukumar Sangani

Jignesh Sangani is a practice based pharmacist and respiratory lead for Brockwell Park surgery. He has over 20 years of experience as a pharmacist both in community pharmacy and working within GP surgeries.

Jignesh is passionate about helping people with asthma and COPD. He runs regular respiratory clinics at his practice and is involved in training other healthcare professionals about asthma.

Jignesh plays a key role in the planning and implementation of the PCN Directed Enhanced Service across his PCN and is the lead PCN pharmacist for Croxted PCN.
