Daryl Freeman

Daryl Freeman was a GP in North Norfolk. In November 2017 she left General Practice to become an Associate Clinical Director for Norfolk Community Health & Care. Her roles within the Trust are to work with the CCGs to deliver the 5 year forward View & to develop the roles of the 6 Community Hospitals specialising in care of the elderly. She is also Chair of the Norfolk & Waveney Right Care Respiratory Working Group. In Jan 2018 the Right Care COPD Pathway was launched and Dr Freeman was one of the PCRS representatives on the development committee. She is also the Primary Care lead for Right Care pneumonia and asthma pathways which are currently being developed. In her spare time Dr Freeman rides and competes her two horses and looks after her three dogs. She combines her work and hobby by providing medical care to National and International Equestrian Events.
